6 WEEK OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP
I had the most incredible experience running outdoor bootcamps from April to October in 2023 - I’ve never launched anything with more success or positive feedback, so of course I had to launch another round this year! This bootcamp is for anyone looking to level up their fitness, commit to their goals and build healthy habits that stick.
My bootcamps are special to me because they are about so much more than just fitness. During the first bootcamps last year, I saw true friendships form - I saw women stepping into their power, upping their endurance and strength on both a physical and mental level. Whilst everyone improved their physical fitness on previous rounds, the level of determination my girls had to push through when things got challenging is what grew the most. And that mindset is something we can bring into every aspect of our lives once we learn how to use it. Brining the mental power of sticking out the hard yards to achieve our goals is what will propel you forward towards the things you want to achieve the most - wether that is in fitness or in life.
A short introduction at our first training, where you meet the other participants, learn more about the training process, Q&A with Helena and option to inform about individual needs/injuries.
There is a limited number of available spots, to ensure a comfortable space where you can get to know your fellow campers, get expert guidance during training and the possibility of individual adaptations.
Functional training aimed at building full body strength; leveling up your endurance, mobility and overall fitness. We will be working with resistance bands, the surroundings and our body weight.
A closed Facebook group where you get relevant information, can ask questions and have the opportunity to create a network with the other participants on the bootcamp.
WHAT TO EXPECT
The bootcamp duration is 6 weeks - starting September 5th (the only Thursday session!) and ending October 8th.
We will be doing 1 weekly workout every single week for the full 6 weeks.
The bootcamp takes place at Israel's Plads in Copenhagen - near the entrance to Ørsteds Parken. In case of bad weather, we move to Under Buen in Nørrebro.
The workouts take place every Tuesday morning at 7:15 am.The workouts last 45 minutes and finishes at 8:00 - all fitness levels are welcome! Everything we do in the sessions and all exercises can be modified to suit or challenge your starting point.
Price: 900 DKK (includes 6 sessions, full access to me with any Q's about nutrition, fitness and health during the bootcamp, a closed group with a focus on community and good vibes). Payment takes place via bank transfer.
Note: once the bootcamp has started on the 5th of September it is not possible to refund the purchase of a spot. Attending all sessions is not mandatory, however missed sessions cannot be refunded.
